Studio results

Studios get judged by what they ship.
Here's what clients say.

aivite shipped our entire WhatsApp Sales CRM in 9 days. Our 4-person team handles 3x the leads with the same effort.

Udit M. Head of Growth Forsyt

We were paying ₹18,000/month to WATI. Migrated to aivite's studio build. Same flows, owned by us, paid back in 4 months.

Moulik S. Founder The Best Cut

The COD verification flow they built dropped our RTO from 28% to 11%. Best ₹35K we've spent this year.

James R. Head of Operations Lattice Goods

Our coaching center went from missed leads to 60% auto-qualified. The team finally has time to actually counsel students.

Sarah W. Director Beacon Coaching

Built our entire post-purchase journey on WhatsApp in two weeks. Customer NPS up 18 points in the first month.

Michael C. CMO Ember Studios

Honest pricing, honest timeline, honest delivery. The studio side of WhatsApp that I've been looking for.

Olivia B. Founder Northwind Labs
The thing no one says

WhatsApp solutions today are dashboards.
Not products.

You don't want a chatbot builder. You want a working WhatsApp experience your customers actually use. There's a difference, and you've felt it.

01

You signed up to send messages, not learn a CRM.

Existing platforms ship you a dashboard with broadcast tools, flow builders, inbox routing, and a forty-page setup guide. You wanted "WhatsApp for my business." You got homework.

02

Their industry templates are noun-swaps.

Every BSP has a "WhatsApp for dentists" page. Open three of them. Same workflow, different word. Real industries don't work that way — and customers can tell.

03

You're paying markup on top of Meta's pricing.

Most platforms charge you 15–30% above Meta's published per-message rate, buried inside a "platform fee" or tier upgrade. The bigger you grow, the more you donate.

What we do instead

We don't sell a platform.
We build the product.

You hire a brand studio to design a logo, not to teach you Figma. The same logic applies here. We design and ship the WhatsApp product your business runs on — and hand you a working thing, not a tool.

The technology is the same — it's Meta's Cloud API underneath everything. The difference is who's doing the work, and how seriously they take the craft.

What we build for

Four industries
we know deeply.

We pick verticals where WhatsApp is already the primary customer channel — and where the standard solutions are insultingly generic. D2C leads — that's where the revenue leaks are sharpest and the fix is fastest. Three more, ranked by how deeply we go.

Case study — brnd.ink

A branding studio that ships brand systems inside WhatsApp.

brnd.ink is a brand identity studio. Their WhatsApp-native product takes three inputs — a name, a description, and a color direction — and returns a working first-draft brand system inside the chat. No website, no form, no onboarding screen. Type. Reply. Receive.

What it proves: WhatsApp can carry the entire delivery of a creative service, not just the marketing around it. The medium becomes the product.

Result
Zero forms.
Zero apps.
One channel.

Our process

We work like a studio,
not a SaaS onboarding.

01 — Brief

45 minutes, in your words.

We learn how your business actually runs. We ask the questions BSPs skip — operational details that decide whether WhatsApp is worth building on at all.

02 — Design

Flows designed like a brand system.

Typography of the messages, pacing of the replies, structure of every interaction. Most of what people remember about a product is how it felt. WhatsApp is no exception.

03 — Build

Deployed on Meta's Cloud API.

WABA verification, template approvals, automation logic, AI layers if relevant. You don't touch a dashboard. We submit early, in parallel with design, to compress timelines.

04 — Ship

A working WhatsApp product.

You receive the deployed result. We can hand off with documentation, or run it with you on the Studio retainer. Your call, your account, your data.

Questions

Things people ask before booking a call.

We design and deploy WhatsApp products on Meta's Cloud API. That means we handle WhatsApp Business Account verification, build the automation flows your business needs (appointment booking, enrollment, fee reminders, support, AI-driven product experiences), design the templates and messaging, and hand you a working product. You receive the result. You do not operate a dashboard.

They sell software platforms — dashboards your team learns to operate. We sell finished WhatsApp products — designed and deployed for you, no dashboard required. They charge monthly subscription plus markup on Meta's per-message pricing. We charge for the build and pass Meta's pricing through at cost. Different business models, different outputs.

No. We build directly on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API — the same API the BSPs use underneath their platforms. The difference is we don't resell access; we use it to build products for you. Your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you, hosted directly with Meta.

No. We handle the entire WABA setup, phone number verification, business profile, and green tick application as part of the build. You provide the documents; we do the rest.

Meta classifies every business message into one of three buckets. Marketing messages (promotions, broadcasts to existing contacts) are priced per message and require a template. Utility messages (order updates, appointment reminders, transactional notifications) are cheaper and also templated. Service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you) are free. We design your flows to maximize utility and service traffic, which is most of the savings opportunity people leave on the table.

Most builds ship in 2–4 weeks from kickoff. The variable is template approval time — Meta reviews business templates manually, and turnaround is usually 24–48 hours per submission. We submit early, in parallel with design.

Often, yes. We've started with coaching, clinics, and creators because they're where we have the deepest workflow knowledge. If you're in retail, real estate, hospitality, BFSI, or anything adjacent — book a call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Meta publishes their per-message pricing publicly. For India in 2026, that's approximately ₹0.86 per marketing message, ₹0.11 per utility/authentication message, and free for service messages inside the 24-hour customer window. We charge zero on top. You see Meta's invoice line-by-line; we charge separately for design and build.

Yes. Most clients choose our Studio retainer (₹1,200/month upwards) which covers ongoing flow updates, broadcast support, template management, and monthly analytics. You can also take the Build-only path and self-manage — we'll hand off documentation and a 30-day support window.

Yes — this is increasingly the most interesting part of what we build. WhatsApp can carry full AI-driven product experiences: take inputs from the user inside chat, run them through a generation model (text, image, structured output), and return the result in the same thread. Our brnd.ink case study is exactly this pattern.

WhatsApp business messages are end-to-end encrypted, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform offers tighter compliance posture than consumer WhatsApp. For Indian healthcare, the relevant compliance frame is DPDP Act 2023 — we handle consent, opt-in, opt-out, and data minimization as part of the build. We don't store patient records on our infrastructure; integrations with your existing systems are the standard pattern.

We're a studio, which means we ship designed work and our output is in our portfolio. Platforms sell access; studios sell craft. If "designed properly, finished cleanly, working end-to-end" is what your business needs from WhatsApp, that's our category. If you need a self-serve dashboard to run yourself, AiSensy or Wati is a better fit and we'll say so.
